Resumen de la posición
Responsable de garantizar la limpieza, el mantenimiento, el orden y la higiene de las instalaciones, equipos, materiales y demás bienes de la escuela, contribuyendo a que los espacios se mantengan seguros, funcionales y en óptimas condiciones para la comunidad educativa.
Sus funciones se desarrollan de manera continua dentro de las áreas asignadas, realizando labores de limpieza preventiva y de conservación, así como reportando oportunamente cualquier daño, deterioro o necesidad de reparación en la infraestructura, mobiliario, maquinaria o equipos de escuela.
Asimismo, el puesto ademas es responsable de brindar apoyo logístico en el montaje, desmontaje y preparación de los diferentes eventos organizados por la escuela, tales como reuniones, obras de teatro, actividades deportivas, ferias, eventos culturales y cualquier otra actividad escolar.

Responsabilidad de la Organizacion
ISP está comprometida con la salud, bienestar de sus estudiantes y colaboradores. ISP también espera que el personal cumpla con las políticas y procedimientos que se relacionan con los requerimientos y mejores prácticas descritas que no se limitan al Manual de Políticas de ISP. De igual importancia son las Políticas de Protección al Menor y de Diversidad e Inclusión.
Los nombrados son responsables de desarrollar entrenamientos disponibles en estos tópicos que aseguren que tanto su propio conocimiento y el de su equipo de trabajo este actualizado.
Responsabilidades Del Puesto
- Mantener áreas Comunes y Aulas de Clases limpias y desinfectadas.
- Recolectar y Sacar Basura de áreas de la escuela diariamente.
- Colaborar con Tareas Generales de Limpieza
- Pintar, realizar trabajos con madera, soldadura, trabajos menores de construcción, carpintería, limpieza profunda de las áreas, reparación de mobiliario y equipo en general.
- Ayudar a movilizar mobiliario y otro equipo, según sea necesario.
- Ayudar a recibir los materiales y pedidos y colaborar con su almacenaje

Criterios de Selección
Criterios Esenciales:
- 21 años de edad en adelante
- Previa experiencia en puestos afines
- Bachiller Completo
- Buena condicion de salud
Criterios Deseables:
- Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente.

Child abuse and neglect are violations of a child’s human rights and are obstacles to the child’s education as well as their physical, emotional, and social development. Child abuse and neglect are of growing concern in schools throughout the world.
The International School of Panama, in keeping with our core beliefs and mission statement, has adopted a Child Protection Policy that will empower students, families and staff in matters related to the health, safety and care of children in attendance at our school.
This Child Protection Policy is the school’s commitment to do our utmost to prevent and protect children from abuse. It is a statement of intent that demonstrates the school's commitment to safeguard children from harm and makes clear to all its members what is required in case of a known or suspected case of abuse. All ISP faculty, staff, and employees, as well as all students, parents and other relevant community members and service providers associated with the school (the “ISP Community”), have a legal obligation to report suspected incidences of child abuse or neglect whenever they have reasonable cause to believe that a child has suffered or is at risk of suffering any type of abuse regardless of the location where the abuse takes place.
